Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept the timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise, as described below.
Return for a full refund (within 14 days)
Merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are not refunded. Please allow 10–14 days for your return to be processed.
Return for online credit (14–30 days)
Merchandise returned 14 to 30 days after receipt will be credited as an online store credit. Refunds are not available after 14 days.
After 30 days
Returns of merchandise received more than 30 days ago require a return authorisation. They are not guaranteed and may be declined, including for online credit. If a return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you at your expense. Please contact us before shipping back any merchandise outside the return period, so that you do not incur unnecessary shipping charges.
Condition of returned items
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when you received it. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Sale and clearance items
All sale and clearance items are final sale.
How to start a return

Email us at store@anatmarin.com with your order number to request a return authorisation (RMA) number.

Pack the item with its original packaging and tags, and include your RMA number.

Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed. We respond to emails within one business day.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
