Where we ship

We ship to customers worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

​

Delivery times

Orders generally arrive 10–15 days after they have been processed. In most cases items are received within 15 business days, but please allow up to 20 days in case of delays.

Exotic-skin items can take up to 3 weeks (business days) for delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Rush delivery

Rush delivery by UPS or DHL is available for an additional charge, with delivery in about 4–5 days. Please contact us to arrange rush delivery.

Shipping costs

• United States: free standard shipping, sent with UPS.

• International: flat rate of US$29 per order, sent with DHL.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Rush delivery is charged separately.

International orders: duties and taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or the shipping fee, and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Please note that products made from exotic leathers may be subject to import restrictions or permits in some countries. Tracking

We will email you a tracking number once your items have shipped.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at store@anatmarin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send you instructions to ship the item back, and once we receive it we will send you a replacement.

Lost parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, please email us at store@anatmarin.com with your order number. Once we confirm with the carrier that the parcel is lost, we will ship you a new one.
